3. Use of Facilities and Equipment

• No unauthorized photography or recording
• Compliance with facility hours and access restrictions

Equipment Usage

Equipment must be used as intended and according to posted instructions. Users are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. We reserve the right to restrict access to equipment if safety concerns arise.

Personal Training Sessions

Personal training sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to trainer availability. Cancellation policies apply to all booked sessions.

4. Health and Safety

Health Declarations

You must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to exercise safely. You are responsible for informing us of any changes to your health status.

Risk Acknowledgment

Physical exercise involves inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge and assume these risks. You agree to exercise within your physical capabilities and follow all safety guidelines.

Emergency Procedures

In case of emergency, our staff will provide immediate assistance and contact emergency services if necessary. You consent to emergency care and authorize us to share relevant health information with emergency responders.

5. Payment Terms

Late Payments

6. Cancellation and Termination

Member Cancellation

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for:

• Non-payment of fees

• Providing false information during registration

7. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Reliablefritem Fitness Studio's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Personal Insurance

We strongly recommend that all members maintain personal health and accident insurance. Our facility insurance does not cover personal injuries or property damage.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reliablefritem Fitness Studio, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including training programs, instructional materials, logos, and website content, is proprietary to Reliablefritem Fitness Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

User Content

Any content you provide (feedback, reviews, photos) may be used by us for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Photography and Video

We may take photos or videos in our facilities for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform our staff.
